Detox Challenge: October 26 -29, 2020

Sisters! During this week of detoxing our bodies, we will be challenging

ourselves to cleanse from the inside out! Join this challenge by:

Decreasing your sugar intake (candy, desserts, added sugar is a no go)

Drinking 1 gallon of water per day ( yikes I know )

Drink your Detox tea at least 1 time per day 

Eating at least 1 salad per day
